kvip Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

kvip ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment services to players in Bangladesh. The kvip.cam website and all associated applications operate under these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between kvip and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.

4 Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on kvip are secure and protected by SSL encryption. The following terms apply:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be sent from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard processing time: within 1 hour.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met.
• You are requested to withdraw using the same method used for your deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

kvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These are subject to the following general terms:

Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the total (deposit + bonus) amount.
• Each new member may receive this bonus once only.
• An expiry period applies to bonus use — the wagering requirement must be met within that period.

General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fully met.
• If multiple accounts or promotion abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account closed.
• kvip reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus contribution may vary for specific games or bet types.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when a bonus is active.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to placing bets and playing games on the kvip platform:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is confirmed unintentionally due to a technical error, kvip will investigate and make a decision.
• For sports betting, results are determined by the official announcement of the relevant governing body.
• Live casino game results are determined in real time and are final.
• The bet amount is held separately from the balance until a game session is complete.
• kvip uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

In the event of any gaming dispute, kvip's decision will be final, though all investigations will be conducted fairly.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kvip platform and any of them will be considered a direct breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any other system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Playing games or placing bets using software bots, automated tools or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack, modify or intrude on the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing other members or behaving inappropriately.
• Transferring or selling account credits or points.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

kvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If the information provided is false or incomplete.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If documents required for verification are not provided.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have breached the security terms.

11 Responsible Gaming
